Lucy Hurrell

Junior Physiotherapist

Lucy is a chartered Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and injury rehabilitation. She has experience working across both private practice and sport, treating a wide range of patients from young athletes through to adults.

Alongside her clinical work, Lucy has a strong background in sport and performance physiotherapy. She has worked with athletes across a variety of sports, including rugby, triathlon, rowing and canoe slalom. Her sporting experience includes working internationally with Paddle UK’s GB U23 and Junior Canoe Slalom and Kayak Cross teams.

Lucy takes a patient-centred approach to physiotherapy, combining thorough assessment with individualised rehabilitation programmes. She is passionate about helping people understand their injury, build confidence in movement and return to the activities and sports that are important to them. She particularly enjoys working with active individuals and athletes, from those returning to sport after injury to those looking to improve their performance and prevent future injuries.

Outside of the clinic, Lucy is a keen triathlete and enjoys swimming, cycling, running, golf and netball as well as spending time with her family and friends. Having experienced the demands of endurance sport herself, she understands the importance of balancing rehabilitation with training and is passionate about helping people stay active throughout their recovery.
