Sarah is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and CIMPSA member (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport & Physical Activity). She also has a Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification enabling her to tailor fitness programmes to support people living with a range of long-term (chronic) medical conditions.

Sarah has been part of the Pure Practice team since 2023 and teaches our women’s only small group training class, Pure Strength.
