We see a lot of knees at The Pure Practice! There are several origins of knee pain, from Patellofemoral alignment, Cruciate Ligament injuries (including ACL reconstructions), total or partial knee replacements (T or PKR), meniscal injuries, hamstring tendinopathy & ITB syndrome. For longer term rehabilitation we have small group supervised exercise in our Lower Limb Rehab class overseen by Coach Dee, our Strength and Conditioning expert.
