Sonja Bass – Director and Lead Physiotherapist
Sonja is originally from Bath and has been a Chartered Physiotherapist for twenty years. She has spent a considerable amount of that time working with sportsmen and women. She worked as a physiotherapist for Bath Rugby Academy for 12 years up until 2008 and simultaneously spent her earlier professional years within the NHS. She has experience of working with both summer and winter Olympic athletes and is currently a Senior Physiotherapist for the English Institute of Sport in a multi-sport setting.
Sonja spends a lot of her spare time heading to the beaches of north Cornwall (with a pit stop at Dart’s Farm at every opportunity!) She can often be found sweating out the days stresses at spin classes or local bootcamp.
